Hello,

I saw the oldest Chess game on your web site that was between two Arabic persons, but I read in one Chess encyclopedia that the oldest Chess game with old rules was between two Iranian persons (zoolli vs. lejlaaj) about the year 720.

I have game notes too in that book. It writes an English historian and said this is the first Shatranj game. Which one is correct?

With best regards,
N.Torabi

Dear viewer,

There is nothing on the web showing the game you mention.

We hope you can send us the ISBN number or name & author of your source book so we can review it.
