Can a King capture a King???

Dear viewer,

No, a King cannot capture the opponent's King or attack themselves under any circumstance.

Also, it is not legal to checkmate the opponent's King with your own King even if your King is backed up with a friendly piece.

In fact, a King can't be near each other, It should always be an empty square between the two.
