Just wondering if the great Bobby Fischer ever played Chess against a computer.

Bobby Fischer played three games against Greenblatt Computer Program in 1977 in Cambridge, Massachusetts and won all of them.

In the 70’s, Chess computer software was still far away from competing at a master’s level versus today’s strong Chess programs such as Deep Blue, Fritz, or Hydra. Greenblatt was no match for Robert Fischer as you can review it in one of the games both played:
