I'd been asked about possibly being a Boy Scout merit badge counselor in
Chess. Your site's section on Chess history was cited among resources. It requires Java. Recently
I updated Java on my machine.
Selecting the arrow button at the bottom of the page at
http://www.chess-poster.com/english/history/an_instrument.htm returned a Java error message stating that the Java program did not meet current security standards and was blocked.
Royal pain this nonsense but thought I'd mention the encountered issue.

Our site relies heavily in the Java
platform for navigation buttons, games, viewers, etc. Google
Chrome browser removed NPAPI support from Chrome by the end of
August 2015 causing Java applets to stop functioning.
Other browsers followed up making
Java hard to use or not working at all. And yet, there are ways
to circumvent this issue.
